Strategy, Video, & Recipes for Brandless
Gyrate Media’s Role:
1. Our Assignment: Brandless.com is an e-commerce site that launched in July 2017 with tremendous success and interest, they were looking for a content team to quickly build out a content strategy and develop engaging lifestyle content. Over the course of only three months, we developed the strategy as well as simple and visually compelling how-to, recipe, feature and influencer content. Brandless wanted content templates they could use time and again and we provided that.
2. Social-First Strategy: Gyrate Media developed a content strategy for Brandless Life content using influencers, recipe journalists and staffers to create content. We crafted new Brandless-relevant features such as “What’s the Deal With?” “Last-Minute” recipes, life hacks using Brandless products and tips.
3. Planning, IA and templates: To get the content up and running quickly, and ensure longer term success of the content itself, we created a visual design of how the content ecosystem would work, editorial guidelines and calendar, repeatable templates that the team could use. We designed style guides and toolkits to give the Brandless editorial team easy directions to create the content themselves once we’d left the scene.
4. Management, editing and production: We managed, coordinated, directed, and sourced an editorial team of writers, videographers, photographers, illustrators, data visualization artists.
5. 218 pieces of content: We delivered everything from text to video to illustrations in a very short amount of time.
